What Motivated Me?
I’ve been a victim of teasing, ragging , bullying all through school and college because of my looks. This became worse when I suffered from chicken pox. My body was tired and full of weakness. But I was determined to get better. I started with a phyical therapy and slowly got stronger. To enhance my strength and put muscle on the body, I joined Gym. With time my hardwork pays off – my body became strong and I was able to put some muscle on body.
Seeing my progress, I wanted to help others. I became a fitness trainer and shared my story. I teach people how to be confident by avoiding unnecessary bullying and stay fit, through social media and local classes. My journey is motivating many, showing that with determination, anything is possible.
